Tosca Italian Restaurant is a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong, named after a world-famous opera, and its Ritz-Carlton is by far the tallest hotel in the world. Located on the 102nd floor of the hotel, Tosca Restaurant has a very high ceiling and a bold and unique design of the high ceiling, and the panoramic view of Victoria Harbour through the transparent glass windows can be called the best western restaurant in Hong Kong. Led by Chef Pino Lavarra from Puglia in southern Italy, Tosca presents a range of dishes featuring classic ingredients with modern and innovative cooking methods. Pino Lavarra has worked in restaurants owned by some of the world's most prestigious hotels, and his culinary talent has earned him recognition from various prestigious bodies, including the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, as one of the best chefs in the world. Since 2001 he has been managing Rossellinis, which has been awarded two Michelin stars, and in 2013 he has been working as Chef de Cuisine at Tosca.

The restaurant serves Southern Italian specialties. The pre-dinner bread is served at a constant temperature, with a moderate amount of softness and firmness, and is served with Italian olive oil for a unique taste. The pre-dinner snack is similar to a mini version of the dessert, with fragrant puffs and dense cream, which is rich in layers and not so sweet. The appetizer raw beef tartar is served with fragrant cheese crumble, and the low-temperature raw beef is crispy in the mouth, and is decorated with sesame leaves, corn and other vegetarian dishes, which enriches the plating and can be eaten together to relieve greasyness. The main dish is risotto, which is full of aroma, and the waiter sprinkles the truffles on the spot after serving it so that the truffles do not sink into the rice juice too early and become soft. The rice is Italian, slightly raw, but easy to eat with the rich rice sauce, and the aroma of truffles adds a rich flavor to the whole dish. However, the portion size is slightly larger, and it will feel a little sluggish when eaten alone. Among the desserts, the Italian tiramisu is the signature dessert with a soft and fragrant taste. Tosca is located on the 102nd floor of the Ritz-Carlton, and you need to take a direct elevator from the 9th floor of the hotel entrance to the 103rd floor, then take the escalator down to the 102nd floor, and then pass through a lounge to enter the palatial restaurant lobby. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and open, with ceiling crystal lamps, purple flannel sofas, cabinets and plants and other furnishings always revealing a noble and elegant atmosphere.
