As an international high school, Concord Bilingual Gubei Campus offers an international curriculum from Grade 6 to Grade 12, using a combination of IGCSE and IBDP. In grades 6-8, students study the Concordia International Integration Course, which includes four compulsory courses and three elective courses, which include Chinese culture courses and mathematics courses in addition to language courses. In Years 9-10, the IGCSE curriculum becomes the main task of the students, and in Years 11-12, the students start the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).

In terms of IGCSE results, the quality of teaching in Concord Gubei is obvious to all, with more than 30% of students achieving A*-A grades in exams and 94% of students achieving A*-C grades in exams for several consecutive years, while in university admissions, schools usually require students to achieve a grade of C or above in at least 5 subjects in IGCSE exams.

In 2018, Concord Gubei graduates received offers from Johns Hopkins University, Vanderbilt University, University of California, Los Angeles, University of Southern California, University of Virginia and other universities, and the admissions were mainly concentrated in the top 30-top 80 universities in the United States.
