iKang App is an independent mobile app developed by iKang Group, which allows customers to consult and make appointments in the App before seeking services. iKang Junan also has an online mall in the app, which provides a number of special physical examination packages, with a price range of 360 yuan to 42,000 yuan. Junan's VIP area only receives about 20 people per day, and the number of daily reservations with a consumption of less than 5,000 yuan is controlled at about 100 people. The physical examination report is divided into electronic version and paper version, and the output cycle is 7 days.
