The renovation work of the store is not in place, many rooms will have moldy walls, bathroom sanitary ware is also very bad, and some rooms have serious rust in the showers and faucets. Perhaps the mattress needs to be replaced the most, Xiangshan is quiet, the curtains in the guest room are good, but the hard mattress will affect sleep, which will directly reduce the quality of the vacation of Xiangshan. The waiters at Xiangshan Hotel are very lacking in service awareness, their attitude is very blunt, and the cleaning of the guest rooms is not thorough, which is lower than the average level of four-star hotels. The facilities and services of Xiangshan Hotel are not excellent, but it is located in the scenic area, which is very rare.
