Taji Taji Theme Restaurant is the first Taji pot-themed restaurant in China, located in the 289 Art Park. The design of the Taji Taji theme restaurant is designed by the well-known space designer Cai Jiao, and the decoration is full of exotic style, imitation red brick cladding, arched ceiling, carbon steel fireplace, chandelier, neon lights, etc., making the restaurant look atmospheric and interesting. The tableware and decoration of the restaurant are also original, the steam pot is custom-made from North Africa, the North African tambourine is hung on the wall, and many ingredients are also taken from the place of origin. The most interesting part of the restaurant is the three caves on the side of the lobby, where customers can sit and experience the unique atmosphere of exotic cuisine.
As a Taji Pot themed restaurant, Taji Taji's cuisine naturally focuses on Taji Pot. The restaurant's signature dish is the Italian Siphon Coffee Brisket/Lamb Brisket Tagine, which is a taji dish made with coffee extracted at a constant temperature in a traditional siphon coffee pot and cooked with the main ingredients. When the food is served, the waiter brings the tagine pot and the siphon pot to the diners at the same time, and the tagine pot contains beef brisket and onions, tomatoes, mint leaves, carrots and other side dishes, and the coffee is brewed on the spot. After brewing, pour the coffee into the pot, then cover the pot, place dry ice to create smoke, and simmer for 10 minutes before serving. Belgian craft beer fish tagine and French red wine brisket/lamb brisket tagine are similar, except that strong ale and red wine replace the extracted coffee.
