The most noteworthy thing about this restaurant is the strict requirements for ingredients. In the backyard of the main building, Yinhu Manor has opened up a vegetable garden to cultivate vegetables with organic fertilizer, and the vegetables used in the store are taken from their own vegetable plots. In addition, the Yinhu Mountain copper drum button backed by the Yinhu Manor has a natural spring with excellent water quality, and the manor has also specially connected a thousand meters of water pipes to introduce the mountain spring water into the manor from the halfway up the mountain, and after treatment for the manor, make tea, make soup, cook porridge, etc., all of which are mountain spring water. In addition to vegetables and water sources, many of the ingredients used in Chaoshan are also purchased from Chaoshan.

Chef Wu Yanxi of Silver Lake Manor is an experienced Teochew chef with a penchant for improving his style.
