ViewSonic is one of the few manufacturers in the world that has mastered electromagnetic induction technology. Unfortunately, ViewSonic did not lay out a pen display, and only launched the Woodpad pen tablet series.

There are currently only two Woodpad products, neither of which is equipped with wireless transmission function, and the number followed by is the size of a pen tablet, such as the Woodpad 7, which means that the board body is seven inches. The first-generation Woodpad 7 has a read speed of just 133 bits per second and a writing resolution of 2540LPI, which is the same as Wacom's entry-level product, the One by Wacom, but lighter. The Woodpad 10 achieves a read speed of 250 points per second with virtually no lag, and the writing resolution has been increased to the highest level available at 5080LPI, with the addition of professional tilt pressure sensitivity. Still, this performance isn't outstanding.

As a display, ViewSonic products are not recognizable, but the appearance of the pen tablet is very innovative. Unlike the traditional black drawing board, the Woodpad material is as its name suggests, and the board is made of nanmu chips, which makes the eye shine with its innovative appearance. In addition, the Woodpad is the lightest of all tablets, with the Woodpad 10 about the same size as Wacom's PTH-660, which weighs 700g compared to the Woodpad's 273.5g weight. The performance requirements for the pen tablet are not high, and the value of lightness can choose less than 600 yuan Woodpad as the entry board.
