However, since its listing, Sino has adopted a strategy of innovation and acquisition, and its development momentum has been rapid, and Yicheng has been unable to catch up and gradually fall into the second place in China.
 
Compared with other brands, the portability of Yicheng blood glucose meter is acceptable, but the data capacity is not large, the analysis function is lacking, and it is slightly behind in terms of ease of use. Although the price of the instrument is very cost-effective, the cost performance of blood glucose test strips is not as good as that of Sannuo, and in the long run, the overall price advantage is not large.
 
The voice series uses the sol-gel method to immobilize highly specific glucose oxidase, which is not only better than glucose dehydrogenase, but also shields the influence of humidity and oxygen on the enzyme, and combines with independent packaging to extend the validity period of the test strip. At the same time, the ferrocene derivatives reduce the electron transport agent, so that the response speed increases, and the effect of 5s fast test is achieved. It's just that this model can only store 300 sets of data, no analysis or data upload function, and the price of the set with 50 pieces of test strips is only 79 yuan.
 
The blood collection volume, detection time and data capacity of the 5-second series are consistent with those of the voice series. Its weight does not exceed 50g, and its portability is better. In contrast, the 20-second series not only has a long reaction time, a sample size of 1.5 μL, but also a data volume as low as 10 groups, and does not have the ability to analyze blood glucose trends.
 
In addition, like Abbott, Yicheng also has a dual-test series, and its weight is controlled at about 55g, which has excellent portability. 5DU-1 is the only blood glucose/uric acid meter on the list, with a sample size of 0.5μL, and the results can be known in 5s, and the set price is 150 yuan, which can be purchased on demand. Compared with Abbott's Yuejiazhixin, Yicheng JPST-5 blood glucose/blood ketone meter lags behind in blood collection volume and testing time, but the price is almost twice that of Abbott, so it is not recommended to buy.
