Peacock has been independent from its parent company since 1950 and is one of the three members of the Japan Thermal Insulation Products Association, along with Zojirushi and Tiger. Peacock has won many design awards from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Japan, and at first it was exported to Europe and the United States, mainly in Southeast Asia. Its children's thermos cup is made of SUS316 steel, which has better resistance to chloride corrosion than 304 and can hold a variety of drinks. It is worth mentioning that Peacock takes the same responsible attitude towards both Japanese and Chinese consumers. Although it is not as well-known as Zojirushi and Tiger, it is cheaply priced and is a cost-effective choice.
