Recommended products: round dishes, square dishes, sushi long plates, triangular plates
In the eyes of many consumers, disposable disposable tableware is mostly inconspicuous. Wasara, a disposable tableware brand from Japan, is highly recognizable with its unique line design and has created a design trend for disposable tableware.
In the disposable tableware industry, where market attention is sluggish, Wasara was selected as the most representative and important design in the past decade by the design magazine Casa Brutus in the first year of its launch, and has won many awards such as the Asia Design Award and Grand Prize, the Chicago Athenaeum Museum Design Award, etc., which have been repeatedly praised by the industry and enjoy a certain reputation in the Chinese market.
Wasara's disposable tableware is made from tree-free raw materials, mainly bamboo and bagasse, which consume low energy and are naturally biodegradable, reducing the burden on the environment. The product is manufactured by the Molded Pulp (Heating and Pressurized Dehydration) method, which does not use any glue to bond, which is safe and secure.
Wasara's cutlery edges emphasize texture and touch, and the wavy design naturally matches the curvature of the human hand, making it easy to hold. Wasara tableware is designed in a Japanese style, focusing on the combination of dishes and tableware, and there are more than a dozen types of tableware, including round plates, square plates, sushi long plates, triangular dishes with wasabi divisions, traditional Japanese high bowls, and coffee cups. Paper plates are available in different sizes, so almost all Japanese dishes can be served with the most suitable tableware.
Due to the use of raw materials such as bagasse, which are more flexible than traditional wood pulp, in addition to being environmentally friendly and fashionable, Wasara's material is also harder and lighter than ordinary paper dishes, waterproof and oil-proof, and not easy to deform after containing food.
At present, domestic consumers can order directly on the official website, and Wasara also has 6~12 small packs and 50~100 large packs to meet the needs of family dinners or restaurants. The unit price of the dish is 3~10 yuan, the bowl and cup are about 6 yuan, the knife and fork are 3 yuan a pair, and the price of a set starts from 10 yuan is slightly expensive, which is suitable for consumers who pursue a sense of design and ornamentality.
Unfortunately, Wasara's current dinner plates are almost exclusively suitable for Japanese meals, and cannot hold Chinese dishes based on soup, noodles and rice, and are not very practical for most Chinese families, and are more likely to be used for Japanese-themed dinners and related catering outlets.
Other eco-friendly foreign brands like Wasara include WNA, Dixie, and Cornware, but considering that these brands have basically no way to buy in China, they are very inconvenient for consumable products, so I will not recommend them for the time being. Later Chinese brands were more practical, and it was difficult to match the exterior design of the Wasara.
