In addition, Gree in the electronic control technology also needs to be improved, at present still failed to popularize the full DC frequency conversion technology on its household central air conditioner, full DC frequency conversion is the indoor and outdoor fan and compressor motor linkage frequency conversion, and with the cooperation of the electronic expansion valve to achieve the effect of high-precision temperature regulation, due to the central air conditioning indoor unit more, the control circuit is more complex, so the manufacturer's linkage control circuit design puts forward higher requirements, Gree's current household central air conditioning mainly in the compressor has made a breakthrough, but the frequency conversion accuracy needs to be improved.
In terms of product line, Gree household central air conditioning mainly lays out FREE, Yaju, Star, Zhirui four series, the latter three are single-tube multi-connection, and FREE is a relatively backward multi-pipe multi-connection design, it uses DC frequency conversion control technology, equipped with Lingda compressor, the overall highlights are not much, but the price is affordable, "one to four" configuration is only 27500 yuan, and includes installation service costs, good cost performance.
The Yaju series is designed for families with limited installation space, after all, many real estate reserved air conditioning outdoor unit space is not sufficient, Yaju series is dedicated to the use of a single fan compact design for external units, the performance has not shrunk, it is still the configuration of Lingda compressor DC frequency conversion technology, but due to the lack of a fan, the energy efficiency has dropped to the level of 5.8, and the price of the small 6 horsepower "one to five" model is about 40,000 yuan.
As for the Zhirui series, it is regarded as a high-end flagship product by Gree, known as "saving half of electricity", which is mainly based on Gree's development of a variable-capacity dual-rotor compressor, when it is in a low-frequency state of 10% load, one of the cylinders can be withdrawn from operation, which is equivalent to halving the operating power, not the power consumption of the entire refrigeration process.
Gree's "variable tank cylinder" is consistent with Toshiba's "variable cylinder" technology in terms of research and development ideas, but Toshiba's low-frequency technology accumulation is obviously deeper, and its compressor has a minimum operating power of only 45W, and the low-frequency performance is extremely good, while Gree is about 300W, there are still many gaps. In addition, the Zhirui series is equipped with DC frequency conversion technology, with a price of 3-60,000 yuan, which is cost-effective.
The Star series can be regarded as a downgraded version of the Zhirui series, except for the lack of "variable cylinder" technology, the rest of the configuration protection is the same, and the price is 25,000-50,000 yuan according to different specifications, which is much lower than that of first-line Japanese brands.
