CHINT is the largest enterprise in China's low-voltage electrical appliance industry, and is the first A-share listed company in China with low-voltage electrical appliances as its main business, once occupying the first place in the industry with a market share of 15%.
 
Chint Electric Founder Nanmura Hui and Delixi founder Hu Chengzhongben is a classmate, but also the early "refinement switch factory" partners, but due to the difference in business philosophy, the two later went their separate ways, but thanks to the healthy competition between the two sides, Chint and Delixi have always been in the first two positions in the domestic low-voltage electrical industry.
 
As early as 2004 and 2006, CHINT won the second and first prizes of scientific and technological progress in the machinery industry by virtue of the NM8 series plastic shell circuit breaker and NA8-1600 intelligent universal circuit breaker, and was awarded the "China Machinery Industry Famous Brand Product" in 2017.
 
CHINT's position in the industry is obvious to all, and it has successively led the formulation of six group standards, including "Miniature Circuit Breaker", "Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker", "AC Contactor", "Plastic Shell Circuit Breaker", "Household and Similar Places with Overcurrent Protection Miniature Circuit Breaker", "Universal Circuit Breaker Reliability Test Method", covering four categories of leading products in the low-voltage electrical industry, filling the gap in the industry standard.
 
There are two main series of CHINT circuit breakers - NBE7 and NB6, the former is more cost-effective, and the latter has more complete specifications. Both series include air switches and leakage protection switches, which can be used together to provide triple protection against short circuits, overloads, and leakage in home circuits.
 
The NBE7 series circuit breaker is an upgrade of the traditional DZ47 circuit breaker, which is specially designed for home improvement users and has stable performance. The operating short-circuit breaking capacity is 6kA, the electrical life is 10,000 times, and the mechanical life is 20,000 times, all of which are far beyond the national standard.
 
The NB6 series has a strong recognition, changing the traditional industrial image of the previous circuit breaker, using black and white contrast, which is much more beautiful than NBE7. In terms of performance, it is basically the same as NBE7 and higher than the industry average, but there is no indicator design, and it is slightly inferior in terms of ease of use.
 
In addition, there are 5 kinds of NB6 poles in 1P/1P N/2P/3P/4P, and the rated current covers 9 gears from 6A to 63A, while NBE7 only has 1P/2P/3P/4P A total of 4 poles, and the rated current is only 16/20/32/40 Four specifications, even household high current levels such as 50A and 63A are not involved, and the choice is obviously inferior to NB6.
 
In terms of price, NBE7 has an overall advantage, taking the air switch as an example, 1P is about 7 yuan cheaper than NB6, and 4P is about 30 yuan cheaper than NB6, therefore, in the case that the selected rated current specification is available, it is recommended to give priority to NBE7.
