Peg Perego is Italy's largest manufacturer of strollers and electric strollers, and has been an Italian manufacturer of strollers, car chairs and rechargeable toys for more than 50 years. In 1949, Giuseppe Perego, an Italian father, was inspired to build a trolley for his son.

Mr. Perego framed the trolley and his wife created the cloth covering, and when he was done, he pushed the fashionable stroller and took his son for a walk around the neighborhood.
