Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Rubber Co., Ltd. is the largest single-plant radial tire enterprise in China built by Yanchang Petroleum Group with an investment of 4.85 billion yuan in 2008. With a designed annual production capacity of 20 million radial tires, 4 million all-steel tires and 16 million semi-steel tires, the company covers an area of 2,500 acres and is located in Xixian New District, Shaanxi Province, a state-level new area.
