Mars Foods (China) Co., Ltd., Eukanuba, started in the United States in 1946, the dog food brand of Amus, joined the global health business group of Procter & Gamble in 1999, and Mars Foods acquired Amus in 2014

History

Amus was founded in 1946 by animal nutrition expert Paul Iams in a city called Teton, Ohio, on the east coast of the United States. In 1970, Clay Mathile joined Amus and bought the company in 1982.

In 1999, Procter & Gamble acquired Amus Inc., and Amus Inc. joined P&G's Global Health Business Group. Amus Pet Food was first launched in China in 1994, and from 2006 to 2008, after some adjustments.In 2008, he returned to China.In 2014, Mars Foods acquired Amus Inc.
