Brand history

In 1844, a German winemaker named Pabst moved his winery from the beautiful banks of the Rhine to the fertile soil of Wisconsin, USA, and produced the most popular special wines in the United States, because they used to tie a blue ribbon on the bottle and barrel, and the humorous Americans simply nicknamed it Le Cordon Bleu, hence the name Cordon Bleu.

At the end of the 80s, Mr. Islow, vice president of Le Cordon Bleu Brewery, was invited to Zhaoqing to conduct on-the-spot inspections on the environment, water quality, production equipment and technology of Zhaoqing Brewery, and finally chose to work together with Zhaoqing to introduce Le Cordon Bleu, a world famous brand founded in 1844 and winning gold medals at the Philadelphia and Paris Expositions in the United States, to China.
