The production workshop is designed by the Design Institute of the Ministry of Internal Trade of China, which meets the requirements of relevant food regulations in China, and draws on the food safety and hygiene regulations of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Japan. The main processing equipment (cutting machine, injection machine, sausage enema machine, smoker, continuous packaging machine, etc.) comes from Germany, and only 20 million yuan is invested in imported equipment to ensure first-class processing hardware. The company has independently developed a sausage air-drying workshop with controlled temperature and humidity, which has broken through the seasonal restrictions of Sichuan-style sausage production and realized the year-round production of Sichuan-style sausages.
