In the Qing Dynasty, there was a workshop owner Jiang Xuefang in Shangjiang Village, his ancestors settled in Shangjiang Village in the early Qing Dynasty, that is, engaged in the cured ham industry, Jiang lost his mother since childhood, became an orphan at the age of 13, cured ham with his uncle, and set up a ham workshop alone at the age of 18, and recorded the ham produced by himself as "Xuefang Jiang".
