Beidahuang Qinmin Organic Food Co., Ltd., headquartered in Harbin City, with a production base located in Hongxing Farm, Heilongjiang Province, is a leading organic food enterprise of the General Administration of Agricultural Reclamation and a national organic food production base; National Organic Product Certification Demonstration Zone; Vice Chairman of the Organic Agriculture Professional Committee of the Green Food Committee; Vice Chairman Unit of Organic Industry Technology Innovation Alliance. The company was founded in 2005 and successively built processing plants for sauerkraut, soybean paste, dried noodles and flour from 2007 to 2013. The company has four subsidiaries, namely Organic Sauerkraut Branch, Heilongjiang Beidahuang Yikang Organic Food Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Qinyu Food Co., Ltd. and Harbin Qinmin Trading Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 100 million yuan and nearly 300 employees. The products mainly include more than 50 varieties in six series, including organic sauerkraut, organic flour, organic dried noodles, organic grains, organic pickles, and green products. The company's total annual production capacity is 27,000 tons.
Organic sauerkraut is the only pickled product in China that has passed organic certification, and has been rated as the 100 most popular green organic foods and Longjiang specialty foods in Heilongjiang Province, and has been protected by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and included in the national "China Geographical Indication Product Protection Dictionary". In 2010, the company created the "Organic Food Quality Traceability System for Agricultural Products of the Ministry of Agriculture".
