Weifang Kite Flour Co., Ltd. has a long history, founded before 1940, then known as Weifang Dalai Flour Mill, is a private professional small flour mill jointly established by more than a dozen private shareholders, and is the largest private flour mill in Weixian County at that time. Weifang Diners Flour Mill has gone through four stages: the Anti-Japanese War, the Liberation War, the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the public-private partnership period, and it lasted 26 years when it was renamed Weifang Dongfeng Flour Mill in 1966. During this period, after the joint venture of the company in 1955, the nature of the enterprise was changed from private to state-owned. In 1968, the company built a new factory at No. 188, Jiankang West Street, Weicheng District, and changed its name to Weifang Flour Mill.
