Founded in September 2005, Modern Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Modern Dairy") is an enterprise specializing in dairy farming and milk production, headquartered in Ma'anshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province. The company was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 26, 2010 with the stock code of 01117.HK. HK became the first company in the world to be listed on dairy farming resources, and became a large-scale dairy farming enterprise and high-quality raw milk supplier in China.

Since its establishment, modern animal husbandry has invested 11 billion yuan, and the total investment ranks first in the same industry in China. In addition to supplying high-quality raw milk, modern animal husbandry uses its own pasture, its own milk, its own processing, and its own sales, and realizes the completion of milking to processing within two hours.
