On September 15, it was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and in April 2006, it was approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China to complete the reform of equity division, and in November 2009, the company successfully issued shares in a non-public manner, with a total share capital of 885 million shares. At the same time, the Chinese interests of Beijing McDonald's Food Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Sanyuan McDonald's Food Co., Ltd. are an important part of Sanyuan Food, and the company owns 50% of the shares of Beijing McDonald's and indirectly owns 25% of the shares of Guangdong McDonald's.

Sanyuan food products cover more than 100 varieties of house-type packaging fresh milk series, ultra-high temperature sterilized milk series, yogurt series, bagged fresh milk series, milk powder series, cheese series and various milk beverages, cold food, palace dairy products, etc., with a daily processing capacity of more than 1,000 tons of fresh milk, and 16 production bases have been established in Hailar City, Inner Mongolia, Qian'an, Hebei, Shijiazhuang, Tianjin, Liuzhou, Guangxi, etc., with famous trademarks such as "Sanyuan" and "Yanshan"; The sales network covers all urban areas, suburban counties in Beijing and more than 50 provinces, cities and regions across the country.
