Yum (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Little Sheep, became a brand of Yum Restaurant Group in 2012, and is a multinational restaurant chain enterprise mainly engaged in the operation of special hot pot and franchising, as well as the development and sales of condiments

Founded in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia Little Sheep Restaurant Chain Co., Ltd. has been engaged in special hot pot and franchising since August 1999, and is also engaged in condiment research and development and sales. In June 2008, Little Sheep Group Co., Ltd. ("Little Sheep") was listed in Hong Kong, making it the first branded catering enterprise in China to be listed in Hong Kong.In February 2012, Yum Restaurants Group successfully completed the privatization of Little Sheep by way of a scheme of arrangement. Little Sheep was officially delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 2 and became a new restaurant brand under Yum Restaurant Group.

As a food and beverage brand of Yum Restaurant Group, Little Sheep will uphold Yum Restaurant Group's spirit of healthy and balanced diet, and is committed to bringing high-quality food to customers. At present, Little Sheep's restaurants have spread all over the country, and the chain stores have entered the United States, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong and Macao and other countries and regions. As of the end of December 2011, Little Sheep has 469 restaurant chains in Chinese mainland, making it a well-known Chinese restaurant chain brand.

At present, Little Sheep Company has developed into a condiment base, two meat industry bases, a logistics distribution center, an export agency, the top 15 domestic catering market areas, and the three major international catering market areas of large-scale multinational catering chain enterprises.
