Brand history

In 1947, the yasaka company was established by hirose yaoita and sakamota, named after their surnames (yaoita sakamoto). Mr. Yaoita is a table tennis player and his dream is to provide the best quality products to the players.

In the 50s, Yasaka collaborated with top Japanese players to develop new products, and later many world champions used Yasaka products.

In the late 60s, Yasaka developed in many ways, and in 1970 and 1971 Yasaka developed a lot.

The Yasaka racket, produced in Sweden in the 90s, was introduced to Getting, who won the world championship in 1993, and this racquet is the best-selling racket in the world.

In 2000, the ITTF changed the rules for table tennis to use a 40mm ball, which challenged all sporting goods manufacturers. Yasaka successfully met this challenge, and the 2001 Osaka World Cup won the championship with players using Yasaka products.

In 2007, Marin became the face of the Yasaka brand.
