Jebsen Consumer Products (China) Co., Ltd., founded in 1993 in the United Kingdom, is a world-renowned vacuum cleaner manufacturer and inventor of bagless vacuum cleaners, dedicated to designing and developing products that can simplify people's lives with technology
In 1970, while still studying at the Royal College of Art, James Days published his first work, the Sea Truck. A few years later, the award-winning design Ballbarrow was introduced, which could reach places that other wheelbarrows couldn't. This was followed by amphibious wheelboats and Trolleyballs. Even the integral hose, which is visible on most upright vacuum cleaners, is one of Dyson's inventions.
In 1978, James Dyson noticed that the air filter in the spraying room of a ball wheel trolley was frequently clogged with powdery particles (just as a vacuum cleaner bag was clogged with dust). So he designed and built an industrial cyclone tower to remove those powdery particles by applying centrifugal force 100,000 times greater than gravity.Does the same principle apply to vacuum cleaners? James Dyson began to work on this, conducting 5,127 model tests over five years, and finally the world's first bagless vacuum cleaner was produced by Dyson.
Dyson Dual CycloneTM technology
The Dual Cyclone system is a major breakthrough in vacuum technology since the introduction of vacuum cleaners in 1901.
The conventional dust bag is replaced by two cyclone, where the dust and dirt are separated from the air by centrifugal force. The larger particles are separated in the cyclone, while the smaller particles are separated in the inner cyclone.
Multi-Cone CycloneTM technology
Dyson scientists set out to develop a vacuum cleaner with even more suction power. As a result, they embarked on research to develop a completely new cyclone system.
They found that cyclones with smaller diameters could generate greater centrifugal force. Therefore, by dividing a stream of air into 8 small cyclones, they have developed a method that is more than the Dual Cyclone? Vacuum technology has 45% more suction power and better vacuuming effect.
Another problem solved
"I love your vacuum cleaner, but would you build a machine that doesn't need to be pushed around?" This accidental sentence made James Dyson think.
It was not difficult to develop a vacuum cleaner that could be freely combined between furniture and suck up tiny dust particles, but James Dyson insisted that the Dyson automatic vacuum cleaner DC06 should not only do the cleaning job properly, but should guide its work more logically than a human.
It took 60,000 hours to develop an effective, methodical automatic cleaning program using three spaceborne computer systems, 50 sensors.
Dyson washing machine
Dyson engineers are constantly revisiting all types of products, including washing machines.
They found that the washing machine's laundry action did not distort the laundry significantly. As a result, it takes a long time for the washing machine to wash the stains off the clothes.
In fact, hand washing has better results than single-cylinder washing machines. Therefore, Dyson intended to replicate the action of controlling and twisting clothes when washing by hand to remove stains from clothes more quickly.
In 2000, the ContrarotatorTM washer was introduced, the world's first double-drum washing machine. All of a sudden, your laundry is faster, your laundry is better, and the amount of laundry you do is increasing.
