Founded in 2001 and with a production base in Shandong Province, the People's Republic of China (the "PRC"), China Taifeng Bedding Holdings Limited ("Taifeng" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), is a large-scale home textile enterprise integrating design, R&D, production and retail, and is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of high-quality bedding and cotton yarn in China. It has 1,400 types of beds, including bedspreads, pillows, pillowcases, bedding and quilt covers, and more than 160 types of cotton yarns, mainly fine count yarns and high-count yarns.
The Group mainly focuses on the mid-end bedding market with the greatest value under the brand "Taifeng", and is the leading domestic home textile product brand. At the same time, the German IBENA brand licensed by the group occupies a place in the domestic high-end bedding market.
