In 2006, Sanli Group launched a new boiler renovation and waste heat power generation comprehensive utilization project. The total investment of the project is more than 300 million yuan, using three furnaces (75 tons of circulating fluidized bed boiler) and two machines (15,000kw steam turbine generator set) mode, with an annual output of 500,000 tons of superheated steam and an annual power generation of 300 million kw.h. In the process of ensuring sufficient power and superheated steam supply, the project can effectively solve environmental pollution, reduce the emission of waste gas and waste residue, and realize the conservation and recycling of resources. In 2014, nearly 100 million yuan was invested to upgrade flue gas emissions, and the emissions of soot, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides reached the strictest standards in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
