Beihai Chengde Nickel Co., Ltd. is the only stainless steel enterprise in China that has three sets of production processes: primary smelting, rotary kiln-submerged arc furnace (RKEF) and rotary kiln direct reduction (RK), each of which can produce different series of products according to market needs. It is in the leading position in the industry in the pretreatment of laterite nickel ore, and the technology is the first in China, and relevant patents have been obtained. The first large-scale 180㎡ nickel-chromium alloy sintering production line in China and a 450m³ large-capacity primary smelting furnace for laterite nickel ore smelting in China have been completed and put into operation. The two-step steelmaking method is adopted, and the refining furnace directly enters the AOD furnace for refining, and the refining furnace pioneers the domestic advanced high-carbon top-bottom composite blowing technology. The whole production process has a compact layout, the whole process is hot-loaded and hot-delivered, and the heat energy utilization efficiency is high, which belongs to the one-stop centralized production mode.

Beihai Chengde Metal Rolling Co., Ltd. is equipped with a set of 1700mm hot rolling system, using advanced regenerative heating furnace, reversible four-high roughing mill and 8 continuous rolling finishing unit, and automatic control technology cooperates with Beijing University of Science and Technology. The construction of 3 stainless steel hot-rolled annealing and pickling production lines is the first domestic domestic stainless steel hot-rolled fully continuous annealing and pickling line. Among them, the 3# annealing and pickling line adopts direct rolling annealing and pickling technology, and the equipment is localized. The acid regeneration of the pickling line design adopts the international advanced Luzner acid regeneration technology, which meets the European standards and international standards. The annealing furnace adopts advanced suspension continuous furnace.
