The project of "Dalian Base Overall Environmental Protection Relocation and Transformation" is located in Dengshahe Lingang Industrial Zone, Jinzhou New District, Dalian City, which lasted four years of construction and was officially completed and put into operation on July 11, 2011. The main equipment of the project is all from the most advanced metallurgical equipment manufacturers at home and abroad, all of which apply the world's most advanced special steel smelting and rolling technology, while digesting, introducing and absorbing, integrating the traditional advantageous technology and technical know-how of Northeast Special Steel Group, the products are all positioned as high value-added, high-tech and high-efficiency special steel products, and the technical performance of the products has reached the world's leading level or replaced the standard of similar imported products. The newly built ten special steel production lines are: molten steel smelting optimization production line, high-alloy wire rod production line, small steel production line, large steel production line, forging production line, special smelting production line, die wide flat steel production line, alloy steel silver bright product production line, alloy steel wire production line and precision alloy production line. It has formed an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of steel and 2.55 million tons of steel. This project has created six world's best in the special steel industry: one is the largest total scale, the second is the best product performance, the third is the most complete specification group distance, the fourth is the best process technology, the fifth is the strongest equipment level, and the sixth is the highest environmental protection level.
Fushun Special Steel Co., Ltd.'s 10 billion yuan technical transformation project will be built into the first production base of special steel required by China's aerospace and other high-end fields, and the largest production base of high-quality die steel.
Beiman Special Steel Co., Ltd. will build a 5 million ton special steel production base, which will become China's largest production base of medium and high-grade bearing steel, automobile steel production base and large special-shaped forging production base.
