Jiuquan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiugang) is located in Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province, at the west end of the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty, leaning on Qilian in the south and looking at the desert in the north.
Founded in 1958, JISCO is the fourth iron and steel industrial base planned and constructed in New China after Anshan Iron and Steel, Wuhan Iron and Steel and Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The main business of JISCO has two major production systems of carbon steel and stainless steel, forming an annual production capacity of 12 million tons of steel and 1.2 million tons of stainless steel, and the main production equipment has reached the international and domestic advanced level, and it is an important carbon steel and stainless steel boutique production base in northwest China.
Carbon steel products cover four series of lines, rods, plates and belts, and stainless steel products include ferritic, austenitic, martensitic and duplex stainless steel, all of which have passed the international safety, quality and environmental management system certification. The "Jiugang" brand trademark was awarded the "China Famous Trademark", and a number of leading products such as high-strength construction steel, pipeline steel, shipboard steel, automobile structural steel, pressure vessel steel and so on have passed the certification of classification societies of six countries such as the United Kingdom, and have won the national product quality exemption certificate, metallurgical physical quality "Golden Cup Award", "Quality Excellent Product Award", Gansu "Famous Brand Product" and other titles.
JISCO steel is distributed all over the country and exported to Europe, America and Asia. Dongxing Aluminum Co., Ltd. is one of the largest aluminum enterprises in China, with a production capacity of 1.75 million tons of electrolytic aluminum. The 500KA ultra-large aluminum alloy electrolysis production line is currently the largest single series of electrolytic aluminum production equipment in the world, with the most advanced process technology, and a number of indicators are leading in the industry.
