Our polyester fiberboard has been tested with a noise reduction coefficient (NRC) of 0.8, which can reduce echo by approximately 80%, while the formaldehyde test also meets the E0 standard. Through SGS verification, our 9.8mm thick plain plate can achieve a thermal conductivity of 0.039 and a thermal resistance coefficient of 0.254. In terms of flame retardancy, our polyester fiberboard has reached the American ASTM-084 Class A level and passed the European 3501-1 Class B test. In 2013, according to the test requirements of EN ISO 17050-1, our products received the Textile Association 100 certificate.

Our panels are available in thicknesses from 3 mm to 20 mm, with more than 50 colors to choose from. The density of the product (1.9kg/m2) can be adjusted according to customer needs. In addition, the company has also developed derivative products on the basis of flat plates, such as: relief boards, printing boards, engraving boards, hot stamping boards, wood grain boards to meet the needs of different consumers.
