Saint-Gobain Gypsum Building Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 and is a wholly-owned enterprise of the Group in China. The production base is located in the south area of Jinqiao Development Zone, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with an annual output of 20 million square meters of high-quality gypsum board. In 2005, Saint-Gobain Gypsum Building Materials (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. was established, with an annual output of 30 million square meters of high-quality gypsum board.
At present, Saint-Gobain gypsum building materials mainly produces gypsum board systems, building stucco gypsum, thermal insulation materials, ceiling four categories of products, providing beautiful, insulation, sound insulation, comfort, safety, environmental protection, innovative indoor building system solutions.
Saint-Gobain gypsum building materials have passed the ISO9001 quality certification system, and all materials provided exceed Chinese national standards. In 2009, the company obtained the national green environmental protection ten ring certification. It has the group's first Asian acoustic laboratory in Changzhou, and has the world's leading acoustic testing, design, and R&D capabilities. The product system is widely used in office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial outlets, residential plants and other projects. The system meets the fire protection requirements of 30-330 minutes (non-limit) of indoor buildings, the sound insulation requirements of 39-62 decibels and the thermal insulation performance.
