Sa Sa International Holdings Limited ("Sa Sa" or the "Group") is a leading cosmetics retail group in Asia. Sa Sa was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) in 1997 (stock code: 178). With more than 280 retail stores and counters in Asia, Sa Sa sells more than 600 branded products, including skincare, fragrances, cosmetics, hair and body care products, beauty and nutraceuticals, as well as proprietary brands and exclusive brand name products. It employs nearly 5,000 people in five key markets in Asia, including Hong Kong and Macau, Chinese mainland, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.
The Group sells more than 600 brands, totaling more than 17,000 skincare products, perfumes, cosmetics, hair and body care products, beauty and nutraceuticals, as well as the Group's proprietary brands and exclusive brand products. The Group's retail network in Asia includes more than 280 multi-brand Salsa stores, 2 La Colline stores and 7 Suisse Programme stores/counters. In addition, the Group's e-commerce platform sasa.com provide 24-hour online retail services, a wide range of product and company information.
In addition to selling proprietary brand products, the Group is also the exclusive distributor of a number of international cosmetics brands in Asia. Sa Sa is currently one of the largest cosmetics agents in Hong Kong, responsible for brand management, promotion and distribution of exclusive brands. Since October 2002, Sa Sa has been appointed as the exclusive agent of Elizabeth Arden, an internationally renowned cosmetics brand, as the exclusive agent in Hong Kong and Macau. The Group is the exclusive distributor of more than 100 major beauty brands, including La Colline, Suisse Programme, Mèthode Swiss, Bergman, Nuxe and Caudalie. This business accounted for more than 42% of Ssa's total retail turnover.
