Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shenzhen, was founded in 1992 as an air transport enterprise mainly engaged in air passenger/cargo/mail transportation business, with Shenzhen as its base/route network covering Asian and intercontinental airlines

Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Airlines") was established in November 1992 and officially launched on September 17, 1993. The shareholders are Air China Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen International Total Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., which are mainly engaged in air passenger, cargo and mail transportation business. By the end of 2015, Shenzhen Airlines had more than 170 Boeing 737, Airbus 320, 319 and other passenger aircraft, and operated nearly 200 domestic and international routes.
