Suguo Supermarket Co., Ltd. was founded on July 18, 1996. Formerly known as Jiangsu Fruit and Grocery Corporation. In June 2004, China Resources Holdings 85% of Suguo's shares. Suguo also launched 30,000 square meters of small-scale logistics in Nanjing Qilin Gate, with a design distribution capacity of 2.4 billion yuan.
