Chung Hwa Book Co., Ltd., whose full name is Chung Hwa Book Co., Ltd., is a publishing organization integrating editing, printing, publishing and distribution in China, which was founded in Shanghai on January 1, 1912 by Lu Feikui. At the beginning of its establishment, it mainly published primary and secondary school textbooks, and printed ancient books, various scientific, literary and artistic works and reference books. At the same time, Chung Hwa Book Company also ran its own printing factory, and by 1937 it had more than 300 printing machines and more than 1,000 employees. In May 1954, the headquarters of Chung Hwa Book Company was moved to Beijing, and in 1958, it was changed to a professional publishing house focusing on the collation of ancient books, and made great progress in sorting out and publishing ancient books and academic works, thus enjoying a reputation at home and abroad. He has published "Chinese Dictionary", "Four Preparations", "Book Collection", "Chinese Encyclopedia Series", etc.
