Huarong International Trust Co., Ltd., a national non-bank financial institution, was established on May 19, 2008 by China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. on the basis of the restructuring of Xinjiang International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. The company is registered in Urumqi, Xinjiang, with a registered capital of 1.98 billion yuan, of which China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. holds 1.94 billion yuan, accounting for 98.09%, Xinjiang Kaidi Investment Co., Ltd. holds 1.13%, and Xinjiang Henghe Investment Co., Ltd. holds 0.78%.
