Xinhua Winshare Publishing & Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Winshare") was established in 2005 by Sichuan Xinhua Publishing Group, and was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in May 2007, becoming the first H-share listed company in the domestic publishing industry. In August 2010, Winshare acquired 15 publishing units under Sichuan Publishing Group in a market-oriented manner, opening up the publishing and distribution industry chain. In August 2016, Xinhua Winshare successfully returned to A and became the first "A H" publishing and media enterprise in China.
