Founded in Shanghai in 1927 by Mr. Pan Xulun, a Chinese accounting leader, Lixin Certified Public Accountants (hereinafter referred to as "Lixin") is one of the earliest and most influential accounting firms in China. It was reopened in 1986, and Shanghai Lixin Changjiang Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. was established in 2000, and was renamed Lixin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. in 2007. Fong's independently undertakes the business of certified public accountants in accordance with the law, and has the qualifications for securities and futures related business. In 2010, Fong's obtained the first batch of H-share audit qualifications. In December 2010, it was restructured into the first special general partnership accounting firm in China.
