Since its establishment 20 years ago, UFH has established hospitals and clinics in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Wuxi, and Qingdao to provide high-quality medical services to local residents. In September 2011, after years of preparation and several days of rigorous quality and safety inspections, UFH's entire network received the "Gold Medal for Quality Inspection" from the Joint Commission International (JCI). UFH's medical facilities in Beijing and Shanghai received the enviable JCI accreditation in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and both organizations successfully passed the JCI reaccreditation process. At the same time, the company's Guangzhou United Family Clinic, as well as other satellite clinics, also won JCI accreditation for the first time.

The JCI standard is recognized worldwide as the standard for medical services and represents the level of hospital service and hospital management. It is also a certification model recognized by the World Health Organization.
