Founded in 1958, the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University (formerly the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Medical University) is located in the historic city of Changsha, Hunan Province, and was founded in 1958 by the Yale-China Association in China, one of the earliest Western hospitals in China. It has successively won the honorary titles of National Top 100 Hospitals, National May Day Labor Award, National Advanced Collective of Health System, and National Mass Satisfaction Medical and Health Institution.
