Lisi Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, takes "creating a quality life" as its corporate mission. The group is involved in daily necessities manufacturing, commercial chains, commercial real estate, import and export and other industries. The group has been ranked among the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, the top 500 private enterprises in China, the top 100 enterprises in Zhejiang Province and the top 50 taxpayers in Ningbo for many years. In 2013, the group achieved sales of 12.28 billion yuan and total assets of 10.59 billion yuan.

Manufacture of daily necessities: The annual production capacity ranks first in Asia. Since 2005, through optimization and upgrading, Lishi daily necessities have realized the transformation from low-end to mid-to-high-end, from low value-added to high value-added, from OEM production to independent research and development. At present, more than 500 kinds of self-developed products leading the global market are sold in Europe, America, Russia, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and other countries and regions, and it is an advanced enterprise in the country to earn foreign exchange through exports.

Commercial retail: In 2005, Lisi officially entered the field of commercial retail, and adopted the strategy of "rapid distribution and chain operation" to seize the third and fourth tier cities and the vast rural market. Today, it has completely covered various commercial formats including third-generation urban complexes, large shopping malls, department stores, and supermarket chains. At present, there are 15 urban complexes and large shopping centers and 65 supermarket chains that have been put into operation and are under construction, and it is the "National Chain Demonstration Enterprise of Ten Thousand Villages and Thousands of Townships" and "Leading Enterprise of Urban and Rural Chain Supermarkets in Zhejiang Province".

Commercial real estate: Lisi Real Estate mainly develops the third-generation urban commercial complex - Lisi Plaza, which integrates shopping centers, supermarkets, star-rated hotels, office buildings, high-end apartments and cinemas, integrating shopping, catering, culture and entertainment to form an independent large-scale business district. Lisi has its own commercial real estate planning and design agency, a professional commercial real estate construction team and a commercial management company, forming a complete industrial chain of commercial real estate and the core competitive advantage of the enterprise. Last year, Hangzhou Bay Lishi Plaza and Zhenhai Lishi Plaza were opened one after another, and Huzhou Changxing Lishi Plaza, Beilun Lishi Plaza and Yinzhou Jiangshan Lishi Plaza are under construction.
