Hubei Agricultural Production Materials Group Co., Ltd. is a directly affiliated enterprise of Hubei Provincial Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, a large-scale leading enterprise in the agricultural materials circulation industry in Hubei Province, and a key cultivation listed reserve enterprise determined by the provincial government. The predecessor of the company was founded in 1952 Hubei Provincial Agricultural Production Materials Corporation, in 2005 the overall restructuring, in 2009 the establishment of a group company, the registered capital of 200 million yuan. After several years of reform and expansion, it has developed into an enterprise group of "group management, professional division of labor, and diversified operation" including the three main businesses of "agricultural materials", "renewable resources" and "tea industry", as well as diversified business sectors such as resource asset development and capital operation.

The group has two fertilizer production enterprises, Hubei Fulaidi Jinrun Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (Qianjiang) and Hubei Fulaidi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which can produce more than 50 varieties of high, medium and low content compound fertilizers and bio-organic fertilizers, with a total annual design capacity of 500,000 tons.
(2) Renewable resources sector: In 2009, the group reorganized the provincial renewable resources company, and successively introduced important strategic partners such as China Renewable Resources Corporation and Shenzhen GEM, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The company has 5 holding and joint-stock companies, 3 qualifications of national waste household appliance recycling enterprise, waste household appliance dismantling and treatment enterprise, and waste automobile recycling and dismantling enterprise, and has built 4 renewable resource industrial parks in Hanchuan, Gucheng, Qichun, Enshi and other places.
(3) Tea industry: Yihong Tea Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group, is the sole legal owner of the "Yihong" trademark, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, and is a key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in our province, integrating tea planting research and development, base construction, production and processing, trade and sales and tea culture promotion. The company's own brand Yi black tea, together with Qi red and Yunnan red, is known as the three famous export black teas in China's history. At present, it has 150,000 acres of tea garden base in Enshi and Xianning, with a factory area of 610 acres, and has more than 60 products in six series, including China Red, Manjiang Red, Red Pink Beauty, Yixiang Xiang, Yulu, Business Tea, and Green Brick Tea, and has been rated as "100 Standardized Agricultural Product Brands" by the National General Society. Hubei Zhaoliqiao Tea Factory Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the group, is a national and provincial leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization with "China time-honored brand", which mainly has a series of products such as "Sichuan" brand green brick tea, "archway" and "locomotive" brand rice brick tea, among which the "Sichuan" character trademark has been rated as "China Famous Trademark" for many years. At the end of 2014, the factory's exclusive Zhao Liqiao brick tea technique was successfully selected into the fourth batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
(4) Diversified business sector: In recent years, the Group has developed pawnbroking, investment, real estate development and other businesses, participated in village and township banks, invested in the City Mineral Exchange, and participated in the establishment of the first carbon emission exchange in Central China, making substantial progress in diversified operation.
