Xiaolong Chuandajiang was born in 2016 and is another hot pot brand created by Renzhong Management Group after Xiaolongkan. The difference between the two is that Xiaolongkan takes the route of parity and takes young people as customers, while Xiaolongchuan Dajiang is positioned in the middle and high-end, suitable for all kinds of banquets. In terms of the bottom of the pot, the seasoning of Xiaolong Dajiang is the same as that of Xiaolongkan, which is mainly fried by Guizhou Mantianxing and Henan New Generation, but the amount of butter is significantly more than the latter, so the oil fragrance is more mellow. In terms of dishes, the signature dish of the same name, Xiaolong Chuan Dajiang, is of high quality, and the fat of the beef brain meat is evenly mixed, the taste is soft and delicate, and the big red dragon boat in full bloom is also quite magnificent. Opened in 2012, Masterhouse is now in its seventh year of operation, making it a "time-honored brand" among Chengdu's craft beer bars and almost the most popular pub in the area. This shop in Kuanzhai Alley has 8 heads and offers some of the freshest local draft beers. Although it may not be able to beat many domestic and foreign first-line brands in the production of wines, the excellent freshness still adds a lot to its fine wines. Fumo IPA is a fist product of Chengdu local winery Fengshou Winery, this wine is golden brown, clear and translucent, not much foam white and delicate, hanging cup lasting. It has a strong citrus aroma with some unrecognizable fruit notes. It is full-bodied, with a balance of bitterness and sweetness, and a faint honey flavor in the weaker mouthfeel, which is semi-dry in the mouth. In short, this is a top-notch IPA produced in China, which is worth a try for both craft brewers and enthusiasts.
