Ye Erba
Ye'er Ba was originally a traditional food for the Qingming Festival in western Sichuan and the Spring Festival in southern Sichuan, and is now commonly sold in tourist gathering places such as Kuanzhai Alley in Chengdu, and is also available in mid-to-high-end Sichuan restaurants. Ye'erba has a sticky taste of rice dumplings, and the filling is sweet and salty, with fresh meat filling and sesame sweet filling being the most common.
Generally, the production in the restaurant is more fine, and the fresh meat filling is fried with lard, which is better than the one sold in the scenic store. Ye'er Ba is very small, priced at about 2 yuan, so you might as well give it a try.
