In 1994, Baguazhou was listed as a key base of Nanjing vegetable basket project, and has now become one of the largest artificial cultivation bases of wild vegetables in China. Its gold medal product Artemisia annua has been sold all year round to the whole country and overseas with a huge output, winning the title of "the hometown of Artemisia annua in China" for Baguazhou.
Artemisia annua, also known as Artemisia annua and Artemisia annua, is mainly distributed in eastern and northern Asia, growing in clusters on the banks of the Huze River, and its appearance is long and planted. When eating, choose more of its tender stems, and fry or mix with dried fragrant meat or bacon, the taste is fragrant and crisp and tender. When buying, you should choose a reed with a bright green color and a straight appearance. If the color is too dark, it indicates that there is a lack of water when planting, and there will be obvious crude fiber when eating, which will affect the taste.
The market time of Artemisia annua is concentrated from September to April of the following year, and it can be called autumn and winter and spring reeds according to the season, and there is little difference between the two. The price of Artemisia annua, which has just been listed, is often 6-10 yuan a catty, and it will drop to about 3-8 yuan after listing, and the purchase price of e-commerce channels is mostly 2-3 times that of the offline price, and the price needs to be compared when buying. It should be noted that Artemisia annua has a short shelf life and can only be stored in the refrigerator for about a week at most.
