The hotel is located on the bank of Qujiang Pond, and the overall building presents a huge inverted "W" shape, which is very iconic.

W Xi'an was designed by AB Concept in Hong Kong. Regarded as one of Asia's most creative and integrated design firms, AB Concept has won numerous awards for its multifaceted design portfolio through the integration of different elements. The top luxury residences in Tsim Sha Tsui, W Beijing, and MEI UME at Four Seasons Hotel London are all designed by AB Concept.

With the design theme of "Enchanting Time and Space", W Xi'an combines modern and Tang Dynasty scenery through exaggerated colors, light and shadow changes, and large line extensions, creating a modern version of the Tang Palace space experience for guests. The LOGO in front of the hotel has a unique shape, and the vertical mirror divides the "W" into two, half of which is the retro bronze "V" and half is the modern purple glossy "V", which is very consistent with the theme of the hotel's ancient and modern time and space travel. The lobby of the hotel is called "Chaotang", with a height of 17 meters, and the sky above the Chaotang is a giant art installation "Vortex". "Vortex" uses transparent glass to express the elegance and rotation of silk, implying that Xi'an was once the starting point of the Silk Road, especially at night, combined with the change of light and shadow, the visual effect is stunning. There are more than 40 pieces of artwork in W Hotel Xi'an, and most of them are witty and exquisite, among which the electronic painting called "Samurai and Beetle" has attracted great attention, and the painting in the frame will change its content every few seconds.

The hotel accommodation area is located on the 5th to 26th floors, with a total of about 380 rooms. The whole room adopts soft lines to present a rich and comfortable visual effect, and the open balcony makes the room transparent and bright, with an excellent view, and all the electrical equipment is intelligent. Just as W Shanghai uses fabric xiaolongbao as the finishing touch, W Xi'an chooses the golden peach as the representative of the ancient state of the country, implying the civilization of diplomatic relations in the ancient capital of Xi'an. Named after the "Dynasty Suite", the Presidential Suite occupies the entire top floor of the hotel and is the best interpretation of the ultimate stay experience at W Xi'an.

W Hotel's WOOBAR has always been a gathering place for the city's trendy people, and W Xi'an is no exception. The bar is located on the first floor of the hotel, connected to the Chaotang, and the LED screen behind the bar is constantly changing colors with music, which is cool and dynamic. WOOBAR is an all-day bar, serving afternoon tea during the day and cocktails at night, and the bar manager is from Taipei, with more than 10 years of experience in bartending, and was the head bartender at W Taipei.

The hotel is equipped with WET indoor constant temperature blue wave swimming pool, FIT fitness center, spa, etc., and the top supporting facilities and equipment are readily available. It is worth mentioning the hotel's indoor WET blue pool, which covers an area of more than 500 square meters, which is much larger than the general hotel indoor swimming pool. The indoor swimming pool provides 360 underwater music surrounding, and the LED screen at the end can sense the approach of swimmers, and then present different water pattern effects, which is full of creativity. Compared to the indoor pool, the outdoor pool is not large, and the highlight of the pool is the mosaic puzzle at the bottom, which is the pattern of Van Gogh's famous painting "Starry Night".
