4D cinema is a collective term, and 4DX is one of the brands. The 4DX Cinema is the main feature of the Okushan store, and the cinema hall uses the "seat dynamics technology" developed by CJ 4DPLEX in South Korea to simulate movie scenes, and is mostly used in action, sci-fi, and war movies. In the process of watching the film, the seat will vibrate, shake, blow, spray and other special effects according to the plot, trying to make the audience have a more realistic viewing experience. There is no hint before the effect is generated, and the effect is particularly intense when encountering high-altitude, action, and war scenes, so you need to be mentally prepared when watching the movie. However, because the technology is not very mature, some audiences cannot accept this slightly deliberate effect creation, and the vibration of the seat may cause some physical discomfort, therefore, the market evaluation of this "dynamic viewing creativity" is very average.
Located on the third floor of Aoshan Century Plaza, CGV Okuyama has a retro decoration with rows of light bulbs and dark red brick walls. The hall is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of waiting seats, paid massage chairs, and a crane machine for entertainment while waiting.
