The East 13th District Youth Hostel does not have a trace of Chongqing's rivers and lakes, but takes a small and fresh route in the center of Jiefangbei, which is full of hot pots.
The East 13th District is located on the 13th floor of Times Mansion, and the People's Liberation Monument is seen from the window, with a wide field of vision. The whole hostel is based on wood color and white, the design of the large windows is more superior, the fresh and concise white space is stronger, and the color of the flowers is more prominent with a little flower embellishment. The hall is placed by the window with log chairs and coffee tables, leaning against the window to drink tea when the weather is good, watching the people coming and going downstairs, and the city lights are not inferior to the river view at night.
The hostel has a total of 32 beds, 4 public toilets and 3 showers, and the common areas are equipped with dressing tables, vanity mirrors, hair dryers and other equipment, which are simple but sufficient to meet the basic requirements of guests. In addition, there is a special place to dry clothes, but the washing machine and dryer are used for a fee. Entertainment equipment such as projectors, TVs, and game consoles in the lobby allow guests to spend their leisure time at night, while various board games, old books and comic books from the boss's mobile phone also add to the hostel's time.
There are only multi-person rooms in the East 13th District, but they are divided into four-person rooms and six-person rooms, and men and women live separately. The beds in the room are simple wooden bunk beds, each bed has a lamp and a small shelf, but there are no curtains, so it is not recommended for travelers who require more privacy. The room is equipped with a lockable cabinet for guests to store some valuables. However, a large item such as a suitcase can only be placed under the bed.
Located in the center of the Jiefangbei business district and close to the Linjiangmen subway station, the East 13th District is ideally located, so whether you are eating, drinking, and having fun in the old shops in Yuzhong District or going to the surrounding areas of Chongqing, you can minimize the twists and turns of the journey. However, it is located in the center of the city, and it can be a little noisy at night.
