In the past 22 years, only 4 resorts have been opened, and each one is located in an excellent location, with unique views and top-notch hot springs, and Chongqing Bailian Hotel is a classic example. The hotel is located in the North Hot Spring Park, backed by Jinyun Mountain, facing the Jialing River, hidden among the trees, with both landscape scenery and high-quality hot springs, which can be described as the ultimate work in the resort.

Bailian is known as a "hotel embedded in nature", and it is true. Chongqing Bailian was designed by the famous British designer John Heah. The 13 teak villas are built along the mountain, with the undulations of the terrain, connected by teak plank roads and cloisters. The duplex suite has the largest space, with a total of 180 square meters, but the space utilization rate is not high, the bedroom, terrace, private bath pool and swimming pool are concentrated on the first floor, and the living room on the second floor is not highly utilized, so the flat-floor suite is more recommended. The North Hot Spring is the top hot spring in Chongqing, with its pure water quality, suitable temperature, and calcium content ranking first among Chongqing hot springs, and the quality of the spring water can be seen. The temperature of the hot spring water of the hotel is 35 °C-37 °C, close to the body temperature of the human body, and the daily flow of the spring water is more than 5,600 tons. Each room has a separate bath with bath salt petals on the balcony, and the terrace bath has a good view, and the bamboo and wood cover it adds to the sense of privacy. For those looking for a unique experience, head to the spring pond in the open-air garden, surrounded by greenery, and the pool is made of volcanic rocks and cedar wood, giving it the feeling of a spring in the forest. The garden hot springs are open to the public, and both residents and non-residents are charged, with the former charging slightly less than the latter. Many customers have criticized this, thinking that the garden hot spring is located in the hotel, but it needs to be shared with non-guests, and the room rate of thousands of yuan does not include the use of the public hot spring, which is staggering.

In addition to hot springs, spas, tea ceremonies, yoga and other leisure programs provided by Bailian are also available. The supporting facilities are slightly inferior to Banyan Tree in terms of richness and professionalism. In terms of service, each room has a special butler to provide services, and there are battery cars in the park, accompanied by service personnel throughout the process, and the overall service level is high. The location of Bailian is remote, and it is inconvenient to go out to eat, and most of the guests eat in the restaurant in the hotel. All guests receive a complimentary breakfast, which can be buffet or à la carte, and the taste is acceptable, but the variety is too small, and there are only a few food options to choose from. In addition, the hotel has a Japanese teppanyaki and Chinese restaurant, the taste is decent, and there is also the problem of less dishes, and the overall catering level does not match the title of a five-star hotel.
